    ABO was founded in 2005 by the Beijing Pharma and Biotech Center (BPBC), together with 10 leading biotech outsourcing providers in China. BPBC, one of the best Chinese professional consulting agencies, belongs to Beijing Municipal Commission for Science and Technology (BMCST). Its business model can best be described as a none-profit organization (NPO) with the aim of strengthening the innovative of pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. BPBC is composed of five divisions: Project Management, Strategy Study, Business Liaison and International Affairs, General Administration and Financial Management Divisions.
