    • AutekBio, Inc. is a biotech firm headquartered in the Bay Area, US. It uses its proprietary, state-of-the-art technologies to service the international bio-pharmaceutical market, with its wholly owned operation division in Beijing founded in 2006 to conduct contract research and contract manufacturing. It is not only in a high growth sector, but also the first of its kind in China, and therefore uniquely positioned. Just after its inception, the Company had secured several significant orders from biopharmaceutical and biotech companies both in US and China. Its core technologies include cell development, large scale and high yield mammalian cell culture and protein purification. It is building up a world class R&D and manufacturing center.

     

    AutekBio has one brand new, "state-of-the-art" GMP facilities in Beijing, China, for mammalian cell based antibody production. It is designed for biological drug manufacturing under Chinese SFDA (counterpart of US FDA) GMP standards, all with clean rooms of Class 100,000, Class 10,000 and Class 100, as well as standard equipments imported from US or Europe. It uses shake-flask, stainless steel bioreactor and disposable technologies (e.g., "SUB") that could culture from 100 ml to 250 L. It could use batch, fed-batch and perfusion for production and easily produce gram to kilogram level quantity of antibodies.
