    • Perkins Coie opened the Shanghai office in 2006 to serve multinational clients conducting business in China as well as clients from China doing business in the United States. Its Shanghai office expands our existing Asia practice, which remains heavily focused on intellectual property, to include life sciences, corporate finance and securities, international business, and personal planning. Partnering with its attorneys in the Beijing office, its Shanghai attorneys are able to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice on how the interpretation and application of PRC laws and regulations affect their business.
