    RUNDO-CRONOVA is a Sino-Japanese joint venture between RUNDO International Clinical Research Co Ltd from China and CRONOVA Co Ltd from Japan. Its headquarter is located in Pudong ,Shanghai and it has branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Shenyang, Nantong, Nanjing, Ha' erbin, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xi'an China and Osaka and Tokyo of Japan. It has clinical trial experience in about 150 clinical research centers located in more than 30 cities around China. 

     

    RUNDO-CRONOVA is the first CRO (Contract Research Organization) formed by two CROs from China and Japan. It is also the Vice-chairman Unit of CROU( CRO Union of China). Based on the resources of China and Japan, RUNDO-CRONOVA now act as the bridge between China and Japan, two of the Asian largest Pharmaceutical market.

     
    Rundo International Clinical Research Co Ltd founded in March 2004, providing CRO service for international pharmaceutical companies. In late December 2007, a joint venture with Cronova, Rundo reorganized into RUNDO-CRONOVA.
     
    The Japanese joint venture partner, Cronova Co Ltd, a well-known CRO in Japan, founded in 1999 in Tokyo, has its 3 subsidiary companies: ALMEX Co Ltd, UPSHE Co Ltd, Medical Statistics Co Ltd. It focuses on clinical research management, contract sale for medical products, data management and biostatistics. Cronova is the only CRO has 4 quality certification: ISO 9001:2000 (JAB: QMS Accreditation, TECO: ISO9001:2000) obtained in 2003 and ISMS (JSA: JIS Q 27001:2006, ISR: JIPDEC:ISR006) in 2005.
