Pfizer apologized in May for the remarks its representative made at the “Fortune” Global Forum held in Beijing that “two-third of the fake drugs in the world come from China”.  A senior official of the Market Supervision Department of SFDA said that the SFDA is seriously concerned about Pfizer’s groundless accusations at the “Fortune” Global Forum, and that he wishes Pfizer will take a “more responsible attitude” and further steps to correct the “negative publicity” created by Pfizer’s “wrongful statements”.
