    Duration and Features
     
    The program is of two days duration and will feature extensive case studies and relate to the business model and features of the client organisation. Before delivery the facilitator will conduct a pre-brief with the client to determine the expectations, needs and current positioning of the client firm.
     
    Barry Keith Johnson, during my professional life I have grown many businesses and organizations to commercial success. In addition to public practice I have taken on management responsibility and at times equity of several private enterprises.  As an example I was an initiator, part-owner and Director of Dowmus Pty Ltd a waste water R&D and commercialization company which grew to be an industry leader with global recognition as Biolytix. 
     
    My personal interests include operating a commercial farm on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland producing olive oil and tea which is sold both locally and internationally. I also try to spend as much time blue-water and race sailing as my commitments allow.
