    The 2011 SAPA Clinical Biostatistics and Programming Symposium will be held on Saturday November 19, 2011 from 8:00am to 5:00 pm at the main auditorium and lecture halls of UMDNJ - 675 Hoes Lane West, Piscataway, NJ 08854. In this exciting one day event, FDA and CDISC representatives as well as top executives and experts from major US pharmaceutical companies and CROs (including Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Celgene, BMS and Everest) will present their vision of the industry and discuss important topics such as CDISC, eSubmission, drug development process, statistical methodologies and programming techniques. In addition, a joint session on "Operating in a Global Environment" will be presented by a panel of industry experts. The symposium will focus on challenges and opportunities as well as technical issues biostatisticians and programmers may experience while working in the pharmaceutical industry. This full-day event will provide a great opportunity for expanding and sharing your knowledge of the industry and networking with colleagues.
