This two-day workshop is designed to provide an in-depth, practical, and interactive forum to address increasing demands and challenges in phar­maceutical supply chain management. Supply Chain is about pedigree management (upstream and downstream). It is about risk management. It is about a life cycle of product quality. With case studies, experts will share regulatory guidelines, best practices, and technologies applications for de­veloping effective and robust processes and systems to bring excipient us­ers, manufacturers, and regulators closer together in mutual cooperation to deliver quality and benefits to consumers.

 

 

At the end of the workshop, participants should be able to

 

- Have a better understanding of

 ● regulatory compliance requirements for supply chain manage­ment; challenges/ issues in sourcing,
     releasing, and quality control of suppliers and supply chain process

 ● roles and responsibility, accountability

 ● the special aspects of clinical supply chain and the differences between clinical supply and
    commercial products

 

- Share best practices in risk assessment and risk management;

 

- Develop knowledge and skills for developing strategies for quality control and assurance; and

 

- Understand gaps and capabilities for building effective processes.
