Discover how to link training to the business and forecast the performance required to achieve ROI. Learn to calculate and communicate the value of tangible and intangible improvements influenced by training and HR solutions. Learn to apply the acid test to analyze and communicate the quality of ROI. Learn to communicate results and educate stakeholders about performance and how training and HR solutions make an impact.
Personal Coach. Following the workshop you will receive virtual coaching from the expert as you complete your own ROI business impact study. You will have up to one year to complete your study on one of your own programs while Ron Stone provides you personal coaching with every detail by phone and email. If desired, you may team with up to two other people to complete your study.
Workshop Team Activities. Work in teams to apply a variety of action learning practice activities and case studies. These activities facilitate involvement, collaborative problem solving, and deeper thinking to discover and resolve issues and build confidence to execute measurement and evaluation.
