    SFDA Hearing Rules (Interim) (SFDA Order No. 23) issued 2/8/2006
    The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) formulated SFDA Hearing Rules (Interim) in accordance with related laws and regulations of the State with an aim to standardize the administrative licensing, punishment, legislation and decision-making of SFDA and protect the legal rights and interests of citizens, juridical persons and other organizations. Shao Mingli, commissioner of SFDA recently signed and issued the Order No. 23 -- SFDA Hearing Rules (Interim), which take effect as of February 1, 2006.


    SFDA Hearing Rules (Interim) comprises five chapters, 36 articles, namely, Chapter I General provisions, Chapter II Hearing based on application, Chapter III Hearing based on authority, Chapter IV Legal liabilities and Chapter V Supplementary provisions.
