    SFDA issues Requirements for the Using of Olympic Symbols in the Packaging and Advertisement of Non-prescription Drugs and Medical Devices 11/14/2005
    In order to cooperate with the protection of Olympic Symbols, standardize the use of Olympic Symbols in the packaging and advertisement of non-prescription drugs and medical devices, specify the regulatory procedure and responsibility, SFDA formulates Requirements for the Using of Olympic Symbols in the Packaging and Advertisement of Non-prescription Drugs and Medical Devices.

    The Requirements take effect as of November 3, 2005.
